It's good. You also need to review your credit reports for any issues, though, just in case.
Your chances depend on your income, job history etc

    744 is not bad. You want to be in the 700 range
    However there are 3 credit bureaus so check your score with each one
    Equifax
    TransUnion
    Experion

    After you have done that and made sure your credit is clear I would get preapproved by your bank for a loan and they’ll be able to tell you how much debt you can afford

    The highest is 850 FICO and good/excellent begins around 720. Of course you’ll get it. You seem not to have any late payments or delinquent accounts. If you have a previous reference from your land lord I’m sure you can. You can check myfico.com to review FICO score information.
